How to connect Woocommerce

Step 1: Go to Woocommerce. Click settings. Depending on the version of Woocommerce you're using, you may need to click "Advanced" "API" or "Woocommerce"

Step 2: Depending on the version of Woocommerce you're using, you may need to click "Advanced", then click "Rest API". 

Next, click "Add key"

Step 3: Modify key details

Description: "Chargeback Automation" (doesn't matter, input anything here)

User: Select your user or admin user

Permissions: "Read/write" needed for alert automations, only "read" is needed for automated chargeback fighting

Step 4: Copy your consumer & secret keys. Go to your dispute hub account. Click "Add" under Woocommerce in integrations. Input Consumer/Secret key.

That's it! Woocommerce is now connected successfully.
