First you will need to create a dispute hub account. We will send you a signup link to do so. 

After creating a dispute hub account, you'll want to go ahead and install our Shopify app. 

Click here to install our Shopify app.  

After installing our Shopify app, you will simply need to input the email you used when creating your dispute hub account. Afterwards, the Shopify app will start syncing data into your account.
