How to connect Sticky

Step 1: Login into Sticky. Navigate to Settings > Users & Permissions

Step 2: Click "API Accounts". Click the dropdown next to "Actions". Click "Add API User"

Step 3: Add the following details under API user:

Username: Enter random digits

Company Contact: Enter anything, this doesn't matter

Email: Enter onboarding@chargebackautomation.com

Phone: Enter (512) 270-1514 

Department: Chargeback

Click save.

Step 4: Go to the dispute hub. Click "add" under sticky. Input username and password, plus Sticky instance URL. Click save.

That's it! You've now successfully connected Sticky.
