How to customize the whitelabelled merchant portal

1. Preview Signup Page.

Opens a preview of the login creation screen which is customizable in section  7. This is only a preview of the login screen, it won't allow you to proceed from that screen.

2. Preview portal.

Opens a preview of the merchant portal. 

3. Enable whitelabelled portal.

Enables the whitelabelled portal. Enable this or it will show the default Disputifier portal.

4. Branding elements

Primary color: the color code which is used virtually everywhere throughout the signup page, onboarding tutorial, and merchant portal. 

Logo: the logo visible in the main sidebar menu within the merchant portal. We recommend using a horizontal logo. We recommend something like a 25000x940 file.

Icon: Adjusts your Favicon and the icon visible if the sidebar menu is collapsed.

Sidebar color: Adjusts the background color of the sidebar menu within the merchant portal.  Default: #2a3042

Sidebar text color: Adjusts the text color of the sidebar menu within the merchant portal. Default: #79829c

5. Portal Elements

Responded text: Changes the "answered" brand name on the home page and dispute page.

Footer text: Changes the copyright text on the footer of every page on the portal.

6. Portal Elements

Enable / disable different tab visibility on the portal.

7: Signup page.

Controls the "create an account" and "login" screens which can be previewed using #1.

Enable terms of service message: enables a message that states "By signing up, you accept the terms of service" on the "create an account' screen. 

Terms of use link: determines the hyperlinked URL in the terms of service message.

Signup text: changes the main message on the "create an account' screen. 

Signup banner image: changes the image on the "create an account' and "login" screen banner. 

Signup background color: changes the background color on the "create an account' and "login" screen. 

Signup text color: changes the text color on the "create an account" and "login" screen. 

Signup user store name text: changes the default text in the "create an account" screen.

Signup user email text: changes the default text in the "create an account" and "login" screen.

Signup user password text: changes the default text in the "create an account" and "login" screen.

8. Messaging

Enable welcome message: Enables a customizable message on the home page. 

Enable template message: Enables a customizable message on the template page. 

Message background color: Changes the background color on the welcome message. 

Message text color: Changes the text color on the welcome message. 

9. Messaging continued 

Message text: Modifies the welcome message text

Template message text: Modifies the template message text. This is text in Settings > Template. This page provides customizable response info. 

Template message background color: Modifies the template message background color for the message in Template. 

Template message text color: Modifies the template message text color for the message in Template. 

10. Custom CRM

Enable Custom CRM: Adds a custom CRM to available integrations

Custom CRM Name: Modifies the custom CRM name

Custom CRM Image: Modifies the custom CRM icon

Add action: 

Hyperlink - links to an external integration page

11. Custom Processor

Enable Custom Processor: Adds a custom processor to available integrations

Custom Processor Name: Modifies the custom processor name

Custom Processor Image:  Modifies the custom processor icon

Add action:

12. Onboarding tutorial 

   Disabled (grey) or enabled (green) visibility

Modify the hyperlink (normally used for an integration tutorial)

Rearrange the order

Double check response template: Links to rebuttal text responses. Default link: https://app.disputifier.com/web_app/responses

Set up chargeback alerts: Links to the chargeback alerts tab. Default link: https://app.disputifier.com/web_app/chargeback_alerts

Connect all select processors: Links to the integrations tab. Default link:  https://app.disputifier.com/web_app/Integration

Double check notification template: Links to the notifications tab. Default link: https://app.disputifier.com/web_app/Notification_send

Set up fraud prevention: Currently not able to be resold, coming soon.

Set up order not received prevention: Currently not able to be resold, coming soon.

13. CRM Integrations

Enable or disable visibility of CRMs. Modify the tutorial link, rearrange integrations on the onboarding tutorial & integrations page.  

14. Processor Integrations

Enable or disable visibility of processors. Modify the tutorial link, rearrange processors on the onboarding tutorial & integrations page.
