If you need to transfer a merchant from another alert provider to yourself, the merchant will need to contact their provider to request their coverage be transferred. The merchant will need to ensure all outstanding bills/invoices have been paid with their existing provider or alert coverage cannot be transferred.

Here is an example of a message that the merchant can send to their existing provider:

Hello team, We respectfully request that our Ethoca & Verifi coverage is transferred effective no later than [date 7-10 days in the future]. Please follow the below instructions to ensure a smooth transition. Thank you for your help.

Ethoca
Please email Ethoca to request that all descriptors be transferred to Disputifier. Include both your company name and your current Ethoca ID in email.
It's very important that you CC hello@disputifier.com on this transfer request so they can provide their Ethoca ID.

Verifi
Verifi will do direct transfers of BINs & CAIDs (for RDR). They request that you fill out and follow the instructions on the form attached to this email. To speed up this process, please make sure they also CC hello@disputifier.com on this transfer request email.

Thank you for your help as we make this transition.
