Step 1: Add a merchant.

In order to sign up a new merchant, you must first add them to the Disputifier admin. Here's an explainer of each section when adding a merchant:

Store Name - Input DBA, Legal business name, or whatever you use to identify the merchant. Always required.

Store URL - Input the URL of the merchant. Required for representment

Customer ID - Only fill this out if you're billing merchants through the built-in Disputifier Stripe billing.

Billing cap - Only fill this out if you're billing merchants through the built-in Disputifier Stripe billing.

Step 2: Set pricing.

Click "CB Alerts/Pricing" to set the pricing of alerts and/or representment.

 Alerts  Representment
RDR  Price per RDR alert  Per chargeback $  Flat fee per chargeback fought
CDRN  Price per CDRN alert  Per chargeback %  Percentage of chargeback fought revenue
Ethoca  Price per Ethoca alert  Per win %  Percentage of won chargeback revenue

Step 3: Send signup link, ask merchant to integrate CRM(s) and processor(s)

The merchant must connect their CRM(s) to automate chargeback alert refunds and chargeback representment. Please reach out to the merchant and send them the signup link and tutorials for connecting their CRM(s).

Click "Get Signup Link". You can then customize the onboarding process shown to the merchant. We'd recommend selecting the top 3 options, clicking "Copy Link", and sending this to the merchant.

We'd also recommend include tutorial(s) for signing up their processor(s) and CRM(s). These tutorials are available within the portal, but it helps to send them to the merchant anyway.

Step 4: Set up alerts (optional)

If the merchant wants to sign up for chargeback alerts, please configure these.
