Before connecting a CRM, merchants will first need to set up their dispute portal. In order to do this, please create a merchant in your admin panel. Then, send the merchant a signup link. After the merchant has clicked this link & signed up for the portal, they're ready to connect their CRMs.

We can support in-house CRMs and CRMs not listed if monthly alert volume exceeds 500 and relevant API documentation exist.

Automated representment

We can support in-house CRMs and CRMs not listed if they have the ability to .csv export order details include at least 5 of the following:

  • Customer name
  • Full billing address 
  • Full shipping address
  • Product(s) ordered
  • Order total
  • Lineitems details
  • Email
  • Phone number
  • IP address
  • Tracking number
  • Transaction date
